Cooler Weather Come Quickly!

It's been so busy here. Last Monday our 16 year old started her Junior year of High School and also got her drivers license. The next day we discovered that 2 of our goats were very, very, very sick. We had to have the vet come out and examine them and start giving them very strong meds. Thank goodness they appear to be on the mend now.

We moved out here to the country and this farmhouse a year and half ago. Learning about farm animals was nothing I ever imagined I'd be doing. EVER!! It seems to be something to new to do or learn every single day.

Thank you for being here and being patient as I learn this new way of sending "newsletters/blog posts". My goal is to post a couple of times a month and not make them too long. That way we can keep in touch without it being too much!!!

Fall is coming (I hope. This heat is killing me) and that means Fall Jeans. Here are a few I'm loving right now.

  1. High Waisted Flare Jeans with distressing I recommend sizing up.

  2. 90's Stretch Skinny Jeans. These are not distressed and not super skinny. Just like we wore in the 90's I recommend sizing up.

  3. Dark wash slim straight jeans. When in doubt, dark jeans are always a good choice. These are not skinny, but not straight either. I loved these so much last year and glad to see them back in stock.

  4. 90's Skinny Jeans but with distressing. Same jeans as #2 but lighter wash and some distressing. I recommend sizing up

  5. Medium High Waisted Flare Jeans. No distressing.

In my latest YouTube video I share some Transitional Outfit Ideas from Summer to Fall. I love shopping my closet and it's fun to use items you've been wearing all Summer into Fall and Winter. I've been wearing this T-shirt so much. It was perfect for Summer and will be great in the Fall also. Especially with something like this shirt jacket. Here's another graphic T-shirt I'm loving.

Some of my favorite online stores are starting to bring in new Fall items. Yay!!! This sweater was one of my favorites last year and they brought it back. Of course I picked up a new color.

I recently stumbled on a great website that my family can't get enough of. If you're looking for a gift or something yummy for yourself. is fantastic. Everything is made in the US and gluten free. We are loving it. If you place an order be sure to use my code JDMB20 for 20% off your order.

Thank you for being here. Be blessed and do your best today.
