Strong Nails and A Good Night's Sleep

I have something on my brain and I need your input. Lately, I've been thinking about ways to simplify makeup routines and our closest and the way we think when we buy clothes.


I can't be the only person who wants simpler makeup processes/routines and is ready to streamline their closet and outfit formula. Outfit Info - I wore this to church and this top is gorgeous (use code Dawn30 right now). It feels like silk and fits true to size. (I cannot link the jeans.) Recently, I stumbled on these short boots and want to add them to my closet in a few colors.



One Beauty Product - If your nails are thin, like mine are, I recently tried this and it's helping so much. It can be used alone or as a base coat. You may have heard me talk about this nail concealer from the same brand. So so so good.


One More Thing - Do you take a magnesium supplement? I recently went down a rabbit hole about magnesium as it pertains to menopause and perimenopause. I have heard a lot about the benefits of magnesium, but most supplements are just magnesium citrate and that's really only a laxative. One of the types of magnesium that's good for us as we age is Magnesium Glycinate. So far, my husband I both are loving this. In addition to helping with healthy bones, joints, and menopause symptoms it's helping us sleep and not feel groggy in the morning. When we are done with this, I'm looking into a triple complex that also contains Magnesium L - Threonate because it helps even more with brain health and cognitive function. I'd love to know your thoughts on these and if you have found a supplement you love.

I tried to simplify, that lasted about 2 seconds. It’s just not me! 😔 I wish it were, it takes me a little over an hour to get ready for work in the morning.

I find when I take a magnesium complex regularly I sleep better, think better, have a better mood, and feel so much better over all!
