The Colossal Cookie Flop

From the inception of this website and as I've mentioned before, I'm no where near perfect and have promised to share my homemaking and household flops. So I have to fess up. All day yesterday, I debated on whether to share this recipe with you or ditch it and find a new one. I strongly suspect the recipe itself is good, but my error in judgment created a less an aesthetically pleasing bread.
