If you like cookies that are easy, chewy and something a little out of the ordinary, you will love these Easy Lemon Cakemix Cookies.
Easy Lemon Cakemix Cookies
Ingredients:
1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/3 cup confectioner's sugar for decorating
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
